The Federal Aviation Administration has announced that from Friday, 7th November, airlines across the U.S. will be reducing thousands of flights due to nationwide air-traffic-controller shortages during the ongoing government shutdown. With these changes expected to affect travel plans for many, Delta has introduced a dedicated exception policy to offer customers greater flexibility and support during this period of disruption.

Refunds *
Delta is offering an exception for any customer with tickets issued on or before November 06, 2025, with impacted travel dates between November 07, 2025 and November 09, 2025. For these customers, Delta is allowing refunds for wholly unused or partially used tickets.
If a customer’s flight is cancelled by Delta due to this event, and no other alternate flights are acceptable, please contact us via the contact form to arrange a refund.
