Virgin Atlantic are currently monitoring Tropical Storm Melissa and have cancelled all services to and from Montego Bay, Jamaica on 28th October.

For customers travelling to, through, or from Jamaica between 25 October and 3 November, Virgin Atlantic is offering added flexibility to rebook their flights for alternative dates.

Customers with existing bookings who have not yet travelled also have the option to rebook to an alternative destination within the Caribbean, provided it is operated by Virgin Atlantic. The fare difference will be waived if the new booking is for the same travel date as the original, is in the same cabin class, and is within the Virgin Atlantic–operated Caribbean network. Otherwise, any fare difference will apply.

All new travel must be completed by 13 December 2025.

If travel cannot be rescheduled within these guidelines, customers may cancel their reservation and apply any unused ticket value toward the purchase of a new ticket, valid for one year from the original ticket issue date. Any applicable fare differences may apply for new travel dates, and all travel must be completed by the end of the ticket’s validity period.

For cancelled flights, the standard Virgin Atlantic Flight Cancellation Policy will apply.

If you have any customers who will be impacted, please contact our Virgin Atlantic Flightstore team by completing the Contact Form in our Help Centre here.
