From today (Thursday 22 December), you will be able to call our Customer Support teams for more than just reservations - we are expanding our phone service to better serve you and your needs.
By calling our Flights phone number you will now be given options to best direct your call:
Reservations | Our reservations team are here to support you with new quote and booking requests as well as any voluntary changes prior to ticketing.
Schedules | The team can support you with acceptance, changes, or queries relating to involuntary schedule changes for both ticketed and un-ticketed bookings.
Ticketing | Our ticketing team are here to support with requests to ticket bookings and make ticketing payments.
Post-ticketing amends | The team can help if you would like to make a voluntary change to a ticketed booking - including confirming a change, quoting a price, or policy queries.
General queries | any other queries.
*Please note, any queries regarding refunds will be handled by email.
