Our VIP event at Wimbledon 5 July 2019!
For the second year in a row, we invited Virgin Atlantic Flightstore agents for a day of luxurious hospitality in the Skyview Suites at Wimbledon, Centre Court.
The day began at 10:30am and guests were escorted to their private box within the Skyview Suites where our VIPs were greeted with a vintage Champagne reception and appetisers shortly followed by a four course a la carte lunch. Our VIPs became acquainted over lunch, they had lots of fun and some interesting business chats in a relaxed environment with great company!
Play began shortly after with the first tennis match starting at 1pm. Our VIPs headed back to their private box after the first match, to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea. From the feedback we received, the food and hospitality were second to none and everything ran without a glitch.
After a few more glasses of Pimm’s, our group headed back out to Centre Court to watch the youngest player to ever play at Wimbledon, Coco Gauff, which turned out to be an astonishing match with a buzzing atmosphere. The 15 year old made a remarkable turnaround, staving off two match points and beat Polona Hercog. It has been noted as one of the most entertaining matches throughout the entire tournament. How lucky were our VIPs!
