Today Virgin Atlantic will announce that they will no longer be launching flights between Sao Paulo and London Heathrow.
In response to the rapid acceleration and severe impact of Covid-19, they are continually reviewing their flying programme in order to deploy their fleet most effectively. As a result, they have made the incredibly difficult decision to withdraw the London Heathrow to Sao Paulo service, which was due to launch on 6th October 2020.
It‘s never an easy decision to withdraw a route, and Virgin Atlantic would like to thank their customers and trade partners for working so hard to support them over the last few months. Sao Paulo is such a fantastic city and their extremely disappointed to no longer be launching flights at this time.
