Discounts verified: 22 August 2025.  Available for new bookings made between 00:01 21 August 2025 and 23:59 30 September 2025 for flights between 21 August 2025 and 31 July 2026. Some dates may be excluded from the discounts. Subject to limited availability and full terms and conditions – see below

·         Promotional fares are strictly subject to limited availability and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

·         The number of seats available on each flight at the savings fare detailed above is limited and may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes.

·         Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly.

·         Round trips are permitted, however, where the destination of the outward sector and the departure point of the return sector differ, round trips are not permitted.

·         One-way trips are not permitted. 

·         Trips including sectors on airlines other than Virgin Atlantic including codeshares are not permitted, except for sectors operated by Joint Venture Partners Air France, KLM or Delta for the routes from GB to USA/Canada/Mexico listed above. 

·         Discounts only apply to fares in Booking Classes O, N, X, Q, E, M, U, L, R, B, Y

·         For all destinations a maximum and minimum stay policy applies.

·         Stopovers and open-date returns are not permitted.

·         Children (under 12) and infants (under 2) who require a seat pay 75% of the full adult fare.

·         Alternatively, infants (under 2) who do not require a seat pay 10% of the full adult fare (exclusive of passenger taxes, fees, charges and carrier-imposed surcharges).

Once a booking has been confirmed: 

·         Cancellations, refunds and changes are based on our current flexible booking policy (found here https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/your-journey-with-us/no-change-fees-policy.html).

·         Flying Club Points, bonus Points and tier points are available on selected flights. Please check at time of booking.

·         Virgin Atlantic’s published Conditions of Carriage apply and are available at http://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/help-centre/conditions-of-carriage.html.

·         Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to (i) withdraw the promotion (ii) cancel or change the promotion, (iii) amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this necessary and without further notice.

·         Virgin Atlantic is not responsible for failure to meet any of its obligations under the terms and conditions where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.

·         By entering the promotion, the entrants agree to release Virgin Atlantic from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion (except death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

·         The entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

·         Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the discount to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

·         The decision of Virgin Atlantic regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

·         These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
