Airbus A330-200

The first of four Airbus A330-200 (GDS code 332) to join the Virgin Atlantic fleet began operating from 1 March 2018. These are Virgin Atlantic aircraft, operated by Virgin Atlantic pilots and world class cabin crew. These planes were introduced to the fleet assist with the industry-wide issue with the 787 Rolls Royce engines, and were key in ensuring Virgin Atlantic could still fly their customers where they needed to go. Because of the necessity to get them into service as soon as possible, they started flying without the usual Virgin Atlantic seats and interiors. However, they made sure there were lots of extra touches onboard, like Virgin Atlantic's exclusively designed Happy Socks in Upper Class, gorgeous barista style coffee, WiFi available in all classes and the usual brilliant Virgin Atlantic inflight entertainment.

Virgin Atlantic have now completed a full refit and refreshed the interiors of there A332 aircraft and there A332s are Daydream Believer (G-VMNK), Scarlett O’Hara (G-VWND), Honky Tonk Woman (G-VMIK) and Strawberry Fields (G-VLNM).
