Win a place on our Antigua FAM trip taking place 21-26 May 2020

There are 8 places available to win and will be awarded to the top 7 operators with the most points at the end of the incentive period. Plus a wild card place awarded at random. Points accrued as follows:

  • Economy Classic- 1 point per PNR
  • Economy Delight & Premium- 5 points per PNR
  • Upper Class- 7 points per PNR
  • Bonus Points- to Antigua- 10 points

This incentive is open to all operators booking through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.

  • This incentive is open from 02.01.20 until 29.02.20. Bookings made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.
  • The final place is a ‘Wild Card’ and will be chosen at random. To qualify for this, you must book any Virgin Atlantic flight through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore during the incentive period.
  • Bookings made on all Virgin Atlantic flights to any destination in all booking classes during the incentive period will qualify.
  • All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore before the places on the FAM are awarded.
  • Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
  • No alternative prize will be offered to anyone unable to travel on the FAM trip.
  • The winners will stay at The Royalton, Antigua.
  • The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
  • The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
  • The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid: travel insurance, passport and visas.
  • The prize does not include: tipping, some meals, any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
  • Compliance with any health or government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner.
  • The winner must travel on all flights organised by Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
  • The winners must be available to travel on the dates of the FAM trip as listed.
  • The winners must be able to travel to the relevant departure airport – London Gatwick – at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
  • Trips cannot be extended.

Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/ Virgin Atlantic / Antigua & Barbuda Tourist Board retain the right to amend the FAM trip itinerary including but not limited to; flight times, accommodation,  arrangements, dates at any time.

Virgin Atlantic Flightstore / Virgin Atlantic / Antigua & Barbuda Tourist Board retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time.
