COVID-19 Repatriation of customers

The global Covid-19 situation has cause unprecedented levels of disruption for millions of people around the world. Many of your customers are away from home, and we want to make sure we get them back as soon as possible.

If  they've already been rebooked on a flight due to leave in the next 2 days, it's unlikely Virgin Atlantic will be able to bring them home any sooner. So please ask them to stay put, follow the current medical advice wherever they are, and check in for their flight as usual.

It's really important that all customers with cancelled flights who are away from home register their contact details , click here

As soon as seats become available, Virgin Atlantic will keep returning to the “away from home” list and will get in touch to either rebook or improve flight dates for their return home. Given the scale of the cancellations this may take a little longer than normal, but Virgin Atlantic are doing our best to get your clients back, even if it is with another airline.
