As customer demand continues to return strongly, our partners at Virgin Atlantic are making adjustments to our Summer 2023 flying schedule to support the continued ramp up of their operation and network planning. This has resulted in changes to departure and arrival times on certain services.

The schedule change policy will provide you with all the information you need for supporting our mutual customers affected by these changes. Virgin Atlantic apologises for any inconvenience caused to affected customers.

Bookings affected by any changes will be updated in your GDS on Saturday 10 December 2022.
