How to win
Seven places on the South Africa experiential trip are available. To be eligible, agents must book Virgin Atlantic flights to Cape Town or Johannesburg through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore between 27 August 2026 and 20 October 2026.
Places will be awarded across the following categories:
Top South Africa Booker
Top Premium South Africa Booker
Top Upper Class South Africa Booker
Most Improved South Africa Booker
Best South Africa Social Package Promotion*
Two Wild Card places**
*The Best South Africa Social Promotion award will be presented to the agent who creates the most engaging South Africa package featuring Virgin Atlantic Premium or Upper Class flights. Eligible posts must be published between 27 August 2026 and 20 October 2026 and include the campaign hashtag #FlyVirginToSouthAfrica. Entries will be judged on creativity, relevance, quality and engagement.
**The two Wild Card places will be awarded to the agents who submit the strongest written entries explaining why they should be selected join us on our South Africa experiential trip. Entries must be submitted by email to marketing@vaflightstore.com by 20 October 2026.
Terms & Conditions
Applicable for all Virgin Atlantic bookings to South Africa via Virgin Atlantic Flightstore from 27 August 2026- 20 October 2026
The South Africa experiential trip will depart from London Heathrow (LHR) on 26 November 2026, arriving into Johannesburg (JNB) on 27 November 2026. The return flight will depart Cape Town (CPT) on 2 December 2026, arriving into London Heathrow (LHR) on 3 December 2026.
All winners will be selected from the list of qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore before the places on the experiential trip are awarded.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
No alternative prize will be offered to anyone unable to travel on the experiential trip.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive, or prize draw.
The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid travel insurance, passport and visas.
The prize does not include: tipping, some meals, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
Compliance with any health or government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner must travel on all flights organised by Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
The winners must be available to travel on the dates and in the cabin, classes outlined in these terms
Virgin Atlantic covers outbound and inbound flights flying in Premium
Return transfers between the airports and accommodation throughout the South Africa experiential trip are included.
The winners must be able to travel to the relevant departure airport – London Heathrow – at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
Trips cannot be extended.
